Change the administrator password without knowing the original password

1. Go to start->Run

2. Type "CMD" and press enter

3. Then Type "net user  net user XYZ abc123

    You had changed the password to abc123.

Supports in Win Xp.
If administrator had changed the policies of system,then you won't be able to do above steps.
